Constantin Nisipeanu (b. 10 Octomber 1907, Craiova - d. 1999, United States) was a Romanian poet and painter associated with the avant-garde, more exactly the surrealism of the unu group. His first texts were published in 1928 in Bilete de papagal. He was one of the founders of the ephemere revue Radical (where Eugen Ionescu debuted). He worked at the unu publishing house between 1931 and 1940. Although friends with Gellu Naum, he wasn't part of the surrealist group. He was later director of the Peleș Museum and also worked at the Museum of Literature in Bucharest.
